have played at numerous casinos and believe me I have
had my fall of bad luck. I know you cannot win all the
time (if that was the case, you guys wouldn't be in
business) and believe me, win some, loose often, but
at least if you win sometimes you do keep coming back.
It's the challenge of the game. I have played at the
same casino for numerous times and never won anything.
I do have to say the Sunny Group is the best Group of
Casino I have played. I also have had to deal with your
customer service and they are fantastic. Friendly, willing
to help you out as much as they can. Once again, Sunny
Group you have the best I have come encountered with

that my cash in was being processed. I love the Sunny
Group Casinos and know for a fact that I will not play

I live 25 minutes from Casino row in Biloxi Mississippi

once a month. I don't play there any more either. If

Your customer service is magnificent; you treat your
customers like royalty. I hadn't played at Mapau for
quite a while and when I requested my account login
information they were very prompt and polite. I was
afraid since I had moved from my old home and gotten
a new Internet provider and email address they wouldn't
recognize me or my account, but they did to my amazement.
Now I don't know why I waited so long to come back.
I love the new Goblin's Cave slots and Tropic Reel Slots.

I would like to thank you as well for your staff has
been "THE BEST" in customer service. I have
had a few issues that are being looked into at the moment.
The suggestion that I have is that It would be helpful
to be able to access your balance history. That is the
only problem I have run into. I also would appreciate
it if you could "PLEASE" tell management how
wonderful Reed is. He is currently working on a few
problems that are very time consuming. He has always
been professional with my problems please recognize
that he is truly an asset to your staff.
